If you have a booking with us which you believe to be affected by the failure of Freedom Flights part of the XL leisure group you are protected through the ATOL protection scheme. You will need to fill in a Claim form which can be obtained by clicking HERE or call on 0207 453 6350.

Please check the principal displayed on your booking confirmation to confirm whether or not your booking was with Freedom Flights.

We will forward the claim on your behalf to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for scrutiny under the ATOL protection scheme. ATOL will arrange for the return of your monies.

For Passengers already in resort!
If your Tour operator was Freedom Flights then the Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL scheme covers you and you will be flown home without needing to pay any money. If you have a local number to call on your ticket please ensure that you call so as to ensure that the flight times have not changed. If your ticket has no local number then it would be sensible to check with the airport directly to confirm flight times. Please also check the ATOL website for the latest information www.caa.co.uk where there is a schedule showing repatriation flight times and flight numbers.

- If you wish to rebook new flights we will do all we can to source new flights for you. Original monies paid should be returned separately via the CAA in due course.

- If you have a booking made through Airflights.co.uk with a tour operator other than Freedom Flights Ltd but using an XL airlines plane then you should check with our customer service department as your tour operator may be arranging an alternative airline. Please check the principal displayed on your booking confirmation to confirm whether or not your booking was with Freedom Flights.
