More flights going to Menorca Mahon

MahonHolidaymakers heading to Menorca (Mahon) now have more options to choose from, as a cheap flights provider has announced new flights from a UK airport.

Flyglobespan has announced that from this Saturday (June 30th 2007) holidaymakers can opt to fly to Mahon airport in Menorca from Durham Tees Valley Airport.

The carrier has also increased the frequency of flights to Alicante and Palma de Mallorca.

Flights to Menorca depart regularly from airports all over the UK including Manchester Airport, Stansted, Gatwick and Luton.

But it's not only flights that have become easier to book. Car rental and travel insurance can also be arranged quickly online, allowing travellers to land in their destination with everything they need including accommodation.

The UK is facing a wet summer that has seen barbecues filling up warehouses as Brits look up at grey skies and decide that it's not yet worth investing in a grill.

Instead many Britons are deciding to go abroad for their summer sun, with destinations in Spain, like Menorca and Palma de Mallorca among the favourite destinations.
