Monarch opens up new winter routes
New routes from Birmingham to Palma and Luton to Almeria and Larnaca will begin, along with massive expansion to services to other tourist hotspots.
Around 250,000 seats will now be on offer from Birmingham International Airport, with Monarch stating that this gives passengers in the midlands even more choice when looking for a winter break.
Travellers heading to Tenerife, Almeria, Murcia and Faro from Birmingham will also be able to choose from up to seven extra flights every week, while passengers jetting out of Luton to destinations including Alicante, Gibraltar and Malaga will also be able to choose from an additional seven flights per week.
Monarch has said that its increased winter services to popular holiday destinations will help it "stay ahead of the game" and be key to its success with Brits looking to escape the winter blues.
The low-cost airline is also set to announce its scheduled routes from Gatwick and Manchester, which are likely to offer even more flight options to UK holidaymakers.
