The 8 Comfortable Villas Each Include A Swimming Pool And A Completely Furnished Terrace With A Table, Chairs, Sun Loungers, Parasols, Barbeque And Garden Area. ## Additional Information The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is a golf course 45 km from the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests on the sand and shingle beach. ## Directions On leaving the airport you take follow the signposts for Yaiza and this will take you onto a dual carriageway. Stay on this main road and proceed through Uga and then on towards Yaiza, then follow the signs until on the outskirts of Playa Blanca you come to the first roundabout just after the petrol station on the left hand side. Take the first street on the left, (there is a placard with the name of Femés and Marina Rubicón), go ahead and take the first on the left side again after of the small roundabout. The villas are situated along the avenue. ## Location Information The pretty villa complex is situated by one of the peaceful squares of Playa Blanca, close to the beach as well as the leisure and tourist centre. The Papgayo beach in a nature reserve is only 2km away and Playa Blanca offers a lovely view over Fuerteventura and Lobos. ## Rooms Information All of the villas include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an integrated living room/ dining room and radio as well as a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, all include an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge, an iron, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a safe.
