Built in 1987, the complex offers a total of 332 apartments and studios, which are spread over 3 floors. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby with a reception which is occupied 24-hours and there are 4 lifts. In addition, there is a friendly bar open to guests, a restaurant with separate non-smoking area and a children's playground. There is also a laundry service on offer for guests. Children are offered a kids' club, which is open to children aged between 4 and 12 years of age. ## Location This apartment complex is situated in a peaceful location, around 100 m from Playa Flamingo and 5 km from the famous Playa de Papagayo. A shopping centre with supermarkets, boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants is to be found in the immediate vicinity. Convenient public transport links are only 50 metres away. ## Sport The complex offers guests an indoor pool, 3 swimming pools with freshwater (2 of which are heated), 3 paddling pools, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols, a sauna (for an additional fee) and a massage service. It additionally offers, for an added fee, 2 tennis courts and 2 squash courts as well as a snooker table. There is also table tennis tables, a gym, archery, volleyball, bocce and the nearest golf course is 40 km away. On the beach guests may hire parasols and sun loungers for an additional fee as well as enjoy diving lessons. A diverse entertainment programme rounds of the hotel's offerings. ## Meals A breakfast buffet is available to guests every morning. ## Payment MasterCard and VISA are both accepted as methods of payment.
